Emotional Dodo

Hi! I hope you are all well.

Today I’m going to show you how to make a very fun craft, an Emotional Dodo!

It’s adorable, isn’t it?

Here, let’s begin.

First of all, download the PDF file from below and cut out the shapes.

I wanted to make a standing figure so I cut out an extra piece for the body and the tail using some hard cardboard. I have to admit that cutting cardboard is not my favourite part. But trust me, you won’t regret this once you see the final work!

Now, stick the cut-out paper pieces to the cardboard.

If you are doing a flat figure, just fold along the lines on the tail piece and stick it down as shown in the image below.

Next, cut two lines along Dodo’s face.

Put the long piece of paper with Dodo’s facial expressions through the two line cuts.

Stick the ends of the piece together.

Last step, stick the tail to the back of the body.

Now you have an Emotional Dodo that changes facial expressions!

I hope you like today’s craft activity. If you do, please LIKE and SHARE the post!

Thank you 🙂
